Services Provided

Maple Leaf Construction provides residential construction, remodeling, and repair services within Northwest Arkansas. All services provided are subject to these terms, along with any specific terms outlined in contracts or agreements executed with individual clients.

Project Estimates and Quotes

All quotes provided by Maple Leaf Construction are based on information provided by the client and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may change due to additional client requests, unforeseen conditions, or material cost fluctuations. All adjustments will be communicated promptly and transparently.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined explicitly in your service agreement or contract. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make payments on time may result in delays or suspension of services. Accepted payment methods include checks, electronic transfers, and major credit cards.

Cancellations and Changes

Requests to cancel or significantly alter an ongoing project must be submitted in writing. Any cancellation or alteration of work may result in additional costs, including materials already ordered or work already performed. Maple Leaf Construction reserves the right to charge for these incurred expenses.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms and conditions related to your project will be detailed in your service contract. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and passed through to the client.
